Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and optimise LLM-driven solutions for real-world business use cases in the Indian market.
• Create, refine, and manage high-quality prompts, workflows, and agent setups using local and cloud tools.
• Rapidly prototype GenAI applications leveraging India's strong tech ecosystem and APIs.
• Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, bias, safety, and reliability in diverse business contexts.
• Stay current with new global LLM models, tools, and GenAI trends to apply them pragmatically.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Bangalore, Gurgaon, and remote locations to translate ideas into working AI solutions.
• Continuously improve the performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of LLM usage for enterprise clients in e-commerce, fashion, banking, and pharma.

Requirements:

• Masters or PhD preferred (Bachelor's acceptable) with a strong background in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow is essential.
• A proven track record of publishing research papers or developing scalable AI systems.
