Full Job Description
We are hiring for the Pricing team to focus on Rider Engagement. This role involves developing and deploying incentive algorithms, end-to-end solutions, and partnering with cross-functional teams. Utilizing experimentation and analysis is key to improving rider and marketplace outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Scientists, Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Partners to frame problems mathematically within the business context.
- Write production code and implement algorithms in live systems alongside Software Engineers.
- Develop, fit statistical models or machine learning/optimization models for deployment.
- Design and analyze various experiments to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Establish metrics to monitor product health and impacts on user outcomes.
- Perform deep dive analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
