About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Trainer to conduct interactive, in-person training sessions covering a comprehensive curriculum from foundational Python programming to advanced topics in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. You will independently manage training delivery, provide dedicated student mentoring, and ensure the effective implementation of our curriculum. The focus will be on enabling students with practical, hands-on learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Training Delivery: Conduct engaging, in-person sessions on Python, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Curriculum Management: Deliver pre-defined training modules and develop supplementary content and resources to enhance learning.
• Student Mentoring: Provide expert guidance to students, resolving doubts, assisting with project implementation, and reinforcing practical applications of learned concepts.
• Facilitate Hands-On Learning: Lead coding labs, real-world projects, and practical assignments to solidify understanding and build practical skills.
• Performance Evaluation: Monitor and assess student progress and learning outcomes through quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously update knowledge on emerging trends and best practices in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Python Proficiency: Strong command of Python, including data structures, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and essential libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.
• Data Analysis Expertise: Skilled in data wrangling, data visualization, and exploratory data analysis techniques.
• Machine Learning Fundamentals: Practical experience implementing supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms, preferably using Scikit-learn.
• Deep Learning Knowledge: Solid understanding of neural networks and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Generative AI Familiarity: Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and practical applications of Generative AI.
