Full Job Description
Hero Vired seeks a Technical Analyst specializing in Data Science for a Full-Time, Work-From-Office position in Delhi/NCR. This role requires 1-2 years of experience.
As a Technical Analyst for our Data Science Programs, you will be instrumental in elevating the academic journey for our learners. You will provide crucial support to faculty during live classes, effectively resolve learner inquiries, meticulously evaluate assignments, and ensure robust learner engagement and success across our data science and business analytics modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Live & Recorded Sessions: Assist faculty during live sessions by managing learner questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and identifying common areas of confusion.
- Doubt Resolution: Offer prompt academic support via forums, email, and scheduled doubt-clearing sessions, covering topics such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel, Statistics, and Machine Learning (ML).
- Assignment & Project Evaluation: Accurately grade submissions and provide constructive, rubric-based feedback.
- Learner Tracking: Monitor learner progress, identify learners requiring additional support, and report findings to the academic team.
- Capstone Guidance: Support learners in navigating capstone projects and case-based assignments that mirror real-world industry challenges.
- Content and Platform Support: Contribute to updating course materials, quizzes, and solutions, while maintaining Learning Management System (LMS) integrity.
- Engagement and Feedback: Cultivate a vibrant community on discussion forums and gather learner feedback to enhance educational outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related field.
Mandatory Skills:
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau.
- Concepts: Strong understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics, data visualization, supervised and unsupervised ML techniques, and applying data to solve business problems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Data Engineering tools and concepts such as Deep Learning, TensorFlow, Keras, Airflow, Azure, DataBricks, Hadoop, Mongo DB, Cassandra, and Flink.
- Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or peer instruction is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to early-career professionals.
Preferred Experience:
- 1-2 years of industry experience in analytics or data science roles.
- Familiarity with learning platforms like Moodle and Zoom.
