Key Responsibilities:

• Design, lead, and deliver high-impact data science and econometric projects with a clear focus on business outcomes.
• Drive innovation in research initiatives by collaborating closely with research leads, economists, survey experts, and business stakeholders.
• Conceptualize and execute groundbreaking and differentiated data science assets.
• Champion the adoption of data science research tools and findings throughout Accenture.
• Serve as a recognized Subject Matter Expert within and outside the organization.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior data scientists.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Recognized Subject Matter Expertise in Python, Google Cloud, SQL, NLP, text analytics, data wrangling, and machine learning.
• Exposure to Generative AI algorithms is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in leading complex research projects utilizing econometric modeling and data science techniques.
• A strong interest in technology and business research, with a deep understanding of business dynamics and their incorporation into data science models.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
• Strategic problem-solving abilities, capable of transforming complex issues into researchable questions.
• Proficiency in managing both project complexities and team dynamics.
• Strong professional qualities: client focus, decisiveness, integrity, and resilience under pressure to meet ambitious goals and deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Solid experience presenting research deliverables to senior executives.
• Outstanding leadership and management capabilities.

• Experience in developing and coaching junior data scientists.

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's degree plus a full-time Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A PhD is considered a plus.
• A minimum of 14 years of relevant economic research and data science experience is required.
