Data Science Consultant

About the Role

We are hiring a Data Science Consultant for our Alpharetta, GA office. This role supports mobile consumer marketing and product teams by driving data-driven strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and enhance marketing campaign effectiveness using advanced analytics, A/B testing frameworks, and ROI analysis.
• Partner with AI&A to develop sophisticated ML models for predicting customer behavior, churn patterns, sales transactions, and revenue.
• Perform advanced analytics, modeling, and data mining to uncover actionable business insights.
• Develop unique customer lifecycle strategies and cross-BAU behavioral churn programs to proactively identify retention opportunities.
• Create executive dashboards, standardized reporting frameworks, and compelling visualizations for organization-wide decision-making.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations and manage the Cost of Retention (COR).
