About The Role
As a Data Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the blueprint and design of our data platform, encompassing all relevant components. You will collaborate closely with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless and cohesive integration between systems and data models. Your responsibilities will extend to engaging in strategic discussions to refine and enhance the overall data architecture. You will be involved throughout the data platform lifecycle, ensuring harmonious operation of all components to meet the organization's data needs and objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate with and manage the team to perform tasks effectively.
- Take ownership of team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
- Provide innovative solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to foster team growth and capability.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.
