The Data Engineering Team
Our team builds scalable data infrastructure powering analytics and reporting across US and India time zones. We drive innovation while optimizing costs to unlock new revenue opportunities.
About the Role
As a Data Platform Engineer, you will own key parts of our platform from design through production operation. You'll build reliable systems for ingestion, storage, processing, and access using technologies like Kafka, Kubernetes, Snowflake, or AWS.
You will:
- Own data-platform projects end-to-end.
- Design scalable pipelines (batch/streaming) with strong security standards.
- Build automation, CI/CD workflows, and improve observability.
- Partner with engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Record of independently delivering production systems.
- Strong system-design skills (scale, reliability, security).
- Deep experience in pipelines, distributed processing, or cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency in programming languages with a focus on maintainable code.
- Demonstrated learning agility and clear communication across time zones.
Nice to Haves: Experience with Snowflake, Terraform, dbt, data lakes, or working in regulated fintech environments. We actively use AI tools but require critical validation of outputs.
