Project Role: Data Platform Engineer

Project Role Description: As a Data Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the data platform blueprint and design, encompassing all relevant data platform components. This involves close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless and cohesive integration between various systems and data models.

Responsibilities

• Be an Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with, and manage the team to perform tasks effectively.
• Take ownership of team decisions and direction.
• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide robust solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of data platform components to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.

Additional Information

• Minimum 5 years of experience is required, specifically in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based in our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
