NielsenIQ is seeking talented individuals to join our Operations teams in Porur, Chennai. In this Data Operations Analyst role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, supporting clients who rely on our data and insights for growth.

• Location: Porur, Chennai (Flexible shift timings)
• Compensation: 3.46 LPA CTC

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Demonstrate enthusiasm for the Market Research domain.
• Show proficiency in collating, cleansing, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing large volumes of data.
• Takere responsibility for timely delivery of high-quality data outputs.
• Adapt quickly to learn upstream and downstream processes to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

We are looking for fresh graduates (Class of 2025 & 2026) with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or IT. Note: Candidates from the Class of 2026 must have all semester marksheet completed to be eligible.

• Aptitude for operational processes and analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
• Floent English speaking and writing skills (Common business language).
