Full Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Management Intern to support our IT & Digital Operations department in Navi Mumbai. This full-time internship lasts for three months with an attractive stipend of ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Development: Maintain and update the company website, develop forms, resolve hosting issues, and improve site features using JavaScript, React, Next.js, HTML/CSS.
  • Data Management & Recruitment Systems: Manage candidate databases, enhance resume extraction via Python scripts, support filtering/matching workflows, and ensure data quality integrity.
  • CRM Automation (Zoho): Configure Zoho CRM pipelines, integrate email/SMS/WhatsApp messaging tools, troubleshoot API webhooks, and automate business communication flows.

Tech Stack

You will work with Python for data processing, React/Next.js for frontend tasks, SQL/database management, and various third-party cloud integrations. Knowledge of OCR systems is a plus.
