Data Loss Prevention

We are hiring an early-career Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst in Pune, India.

About the Role:

You will join a global team to prevent and detect unauthorized data loss using tools like Microsoft Purview and Netskope. You'll review alerts on email, cloud apps, and networks; investigate incidents with guidance from seniors; manage DLP rules for PII/PCI/IP protection; and collaborate with SOC, Legal, HR, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage security alerts and logs to reduce false positives
• Analyze trends in data exposure risks across physical and digital channels
• Communicate findings and implement sustainable fixes for business processes
• Maintain DLP classification standards and governance reporting (KPI/KRI)
• Support employee training on secure email practices and policy compliance

What You'll Need:

• Background: 1-2 years in infosec, data protection, or related internships. Interest in finance is a plus.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to follow workflows for incident management (SLA-based).
• Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft DLP/Netskope/Global Relay or similar platforms preferred.
