Join Infosys as a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst in our dynamic Cybersecurity team, offering a hybrid work model across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding sensitive information by monitoring, analyzing, and investigating data loss prevention alerts. You will work with various DLP tools and platforms to detect and assess risks associated with sensitive data movement, ensuring compliance with PII, PHI, and other data classification requirements. Collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders, including Legal, HR, Corporate Security, Incident Response, and Security Operations, is essential. Your responsibilities will include executing data loss investigations according to established standards and best practices, collecting and correlating relevant data, and maintaining meticulous documentation of all incidents and outcomes. You will also contribute to enhancing detection capabilities by recommending process and tuning improvements. We are looking for candidates with an Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, coupled with experience in Cybersecurity or Data Loss Prevention operations. A strong understanding of DLP tools, investigative techniques, PII, PHI, and sensitive data classifications is required, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Cybersecurity or data-related certifications and experience in Banking or Financial Services environments are considered preferred qualifications.
