What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in data engineering, data extraction, web scraping, or unstructured data processing.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas/NumPy, Regex Text Processing, and Shell scripting/Bash.
• Familiarity with web scraping tools like Beautiful Soup and data governance principles.
• Knowledge of frontend/backend development (React, APIs, Python Flask or FastAPI, databases, cloud technologies) is considered a plus.
• Capability to work effectively with unstructured or alternative data sources.
• Competence in deploying solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically BigQuery and Cloud Functions.
• Experience with Snowflake for data modeling and performance tuning.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with data product lifecycle management from acquisition to quality control and delivery is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.
