The Data Engineer will own the data infrastructure for the Reverse Logistics Team, collaborating with software development teams to build a highly scalable and efficient data system. You will work with analytic tools, write SQL scripts, optimize query performance, and partner with internal customers.

This agile team delivers the next generation of Reverse Logistics platforms at Amazon Hyderabad Development Center. Your mission involves designing distributed data warehousing systems for massive scalability.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of data engineering experience
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines
- Proficiency in query languages (SQL, PL/SQL, SparkSQL, etc.)
- Scripting skills in Python or KornShell
- Knowledge of AWS Infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills for large-scale datasets
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with customer-related data insights (financial, product, marketing)
- Ability to handle ambiguity in fast-paced environments
