Data Engineer

Spectrum Consultants is seeking a meticulous Data Operations Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India. This permanent position involves managing and overseeing data pipelines, ensuring the integrity and quality of data, and supporting routine ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor complex ETL and data pipeline workflows to ensure smooth data flow.
• Perform thorough data quality checks and validations to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily, weekly, and monthly data operational tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, providing support for minor updates and enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure performance standards are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data operations, data analysis, or a similar role focused on data management.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Basic understanding and practical knowledge of Python for scripting and data tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Effective communication and strong teamwork skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams in our Bengaluru/Bangalore office.
