Join Zoom's People Analytics team to help shape how data informs decisions about our most important asset: our people. In this role, you will architect and maintain the data infrastructure powering workforce insights for Zoom's People Experience organization.
- Turn raw HR data into reliable, analytics-ready datasets.
- Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, pipeline reliability, and scalable solutions.
About The Team
The People Analytics team sits within the IT organization, partnering across the People Experience (PX) function to deliver data-driven insights on workforce trends, talent acquisition, and organizational health. We combine deep technical expertise with a commitment to using data for meaningful outcomes for Zoom's global workforce.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines integrating data from multiple HR systems.
- Develop optimized data models supporting analytics and reporting.
- Build scalable data infrastructure for people analytics initiatives.
- Manage Airflow workflows and dbt models for transformation.
- Create complex SQL queries for analysis.
- Implement comprehensive data quality checks and monitoring systems.
