Data Engineer Role at Paytm in Noida

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines for seamless data integration from diverse sources into our data warehouses and data marts.
2. Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to accurately capture data requirements and provide essential support for strategic business objectives.
3. Enhance the performance and efficiency of data workflows through the implementation of automation techniques and industry best practices.
4. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within data pipelines to ensure unwavering data integrity and reliability.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrated proficiency in Python, AWS, the Hadoop ecosystem, Core Java, and PySpark.
2. Solid expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and advanced query writing, with practical experience using databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
3. Familiarity with fundamental data warehousing concepts and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, Looker, or Apache Superset.
4. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
