Data Engineer I

Syneos Health is seeking a Data Engineer I in Hyderabad, India. This hybrid role involves developing and delivering software solutions for data retrieval, parsing, and processing to address business challenges. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and analyzing/visualizing performance metrics for iterative improvements and troubleshooting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial for deploying data-based solutions into production environments and refining workflows. The role requires developing and optimizing data pipelines, conducting data analysis, and visualizing pipeline performance to enhance operational efficiency and scalability, especially for high-volume, high-velocity data streams. This position will involve working in the Hyderabad office two to three days a week starting in September 2026, with second shift hours (Monday-Friday, 1 pm - 11 pm IST).
