As part of our expansion, we are seeking engineering talent for our AI team in Hyderabad, India.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Data Engineer with 2+ years of experience to develop and scale our data infrastructure. You will create robust pipelines and optimize architectures that connect traditional analytics with next-generation AI, working at the intersection of large-scale data processing and modern AI to build foundations for high-performance applications and agentic workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A seasoned engineer with 2+ years of professional experience in data engineering or a backend-heavy software engineering role.
• Expert-level Python coding skills with a focus on clean, scalable, and asynchronous code.
• Deep, hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph for building multi-step chains and agentic systems.
• Proven experience in implementing and tuning Vector Databases for high-volume RAG pipelines.
• Strong understanding of traditional data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Solid grasp of embedding models, tokenization, and modern information retrieval techniques.
• An agile and innovative mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments and staying current with GenAI and search technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect AI data pipelines for LLM training, fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Develop complex, state-managed AI agents and cyclical workflows using LangGraph.
• Optimize the retrieval layer of AI applications, including document embedding strategies and semantic search.
• Implement and optimize Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) for high-performance data retrieval.
• Create scalable data schemas for structured and unstructured data to support AI services.
• Identify and resolve latency bottlenecks in data retrieval and embedding generation for real-time AI responsiveness.
• Collaborate with AI Researchers and Product Managers to transition AI prototypes into production data products.
