Accenture is seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join their team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data solutions that drive data generation, collection, and processing. Your core responsibilities will include building efficient data pipelines, upholding data quality standards, and implementing effective ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to seamlessly migrate and deploy data across various systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand intricate data requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. A key part of your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues within the data flow, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in data engineering.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to execute data engineering tasks.
• Be responsible for critical team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide innovative solutions to complex problems, both within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor and guide junior data engineers, fostering their skill development and knowledge in data engineering best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and refine data processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Apache Spark and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or Scala for data manipulation.

Experience and Qualifications:

A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in data engineering, specifically with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, is required.

Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite.
