As a key member of the team, you are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing the team to achieve project goals. You will be responsible for making critical team decisions and engaging with multiple stakeholders to contribute to significant decisions. Your role will involve providing innovative solutions to complex problems, both for your immediate team and across broader organizational units. Furthermore, you will mentor junior team members, fostering their skill development and knowledge growth. A continuous evaluation and improvement of data processes to optimize performance will be a core aspect of your responsibilities.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
• Demonstrated experience with data integration tools and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services essential for data analytics.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Scala for effective data manipulation.

Experience Required: A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, specifically with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a full-time education spanning 15 years.
