About the Role

IBM is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with a specialization in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust ECM solutions that align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly with our existing enterprise architecture. You will be responsible for customizing and configuring ECM applications to enhance performance and user experience, ensuring smooth integration with other enterprise applications and platforms. A key aspect of this position involves providing essential technical support and troubleshooting for ECM systems, aiming to minimize downtime and guarantee business continuity. Furthermore, you will focus on optimizing the performance and scalability of ECM systems to efficiently manage substantial content volumes, while also implementing stringent security measures to safeguard sensitive data. The creation and upkeep of comprehensive system documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and user guides, will be crucial for knowledge dissemination and end-user training.

• Proven ability to optimize ECM system performance and scalability for handling large content volumes efficiently, including implementing security measures.
• Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for ECM systems (architecture diagrams, configuration settings, user guides).

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Exposure to staying updated with the latest ECM technologies and best practices.
• Experience with implementing advanced security measures for sensitive information protection and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in training end-users and stakeholders on effective ECM system usage.
