About the Role

Join IBM Consulting as a Data Engineer specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM). You will work on long-term client relationships, designing scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise platforms using Red Hat and robust IBM technology.

Your Responsibilities

• Design & Implement ECM Solutions: Architect content management systems optimized for performance, usability, and large-scale data handling.
• Customization & Configuration: Tailor ECM applications to meet specific business needs while ensuring smooth integration with other enterprise tools.
• Tech Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve system issues promptly to ensure 99.9% uptime and minimize downtime for critical operations.
• Performance Optimization: Implement security measures to protect sensitive information while scaling systems efficiently.
• Documentation & Training: Create architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and end-user adoption.

Key Requirements

• Education: Master's Degree required.
• ECM Expertise: Proven experience in designing, customizing, and troubleshooting Enterprise Content Management systems.
• Security & Compliance: Strong background in implementing advanced security measures to meet regulatory standards.
• User Adoption: Experience training stakeholders on ECM best practices to drive effective system usage.
