About the Role

We are seeking a Data Engineer to support the implementation of our new Finance Data Foundation platform. You will build and migrate semantic models, data pipelines, and reporting capabilities, replacing current Azure Analysis Services solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and data models using Databricks.
• Implement advanced semantic models leveraging Cube.js / Cube Cloud technologies.
• Led the migration efforts from legacy Azure Analysis Services (SSAS).
• Develop scalable solutions utilizing SQL, Python, and Databricks frameworks.
• Optimize performance and scalability for critical analytics workloads within a Data Lakehouse environment.
• Collaborate directly with Finance stakeholders to define KPIs and align reporting requirements.
• Support data quality assurance, governance standards, and metadata initiatives.
