Data Engineer: BTS Associate

ZS seeks a Business Technology Solutions Associate to join its Digital & Technology group. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for technology projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and operations. The associate will work on diverse tech roles, fostering innovation and contributing to professional growth by delivering world-class technology solutions. Responsibilities include configuring ZS's proprietary software to streamline commercial processes for clients, taking ownership of solution delivery, managing operations, client stakeholder management, contributing to business development, project planning, and team management. Key responsibilities include owning project activities across all lifecycle phases, applying development methodologies and best practices, collaborating with team members, and demonstrating flexibility in problem-solving. The role requires assisting in the creation of project outputs such as business cases, solution designs, prototypes, technical architecture, and test cases. Bringing a consulting mindset to problem-solving and innovation is crucial, leveraging technical and business expertise. The associate will also assist senior team members with project management responsibilities and build complex solutions using programming languages and ETL platforms.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Up to 2 years of relevant consulting industry experience in technology solution delivery engagements.
• Experience with ETL interfacing technologies such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
• Proficiency in data warehousing and SQL.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
