Data Engineer Opportunity in Bengaluru with Polytope Systems India

hackajob is partnering with Polytope Systems India to find a talented Data Engineer for their Bengaluru team. This is a permanent role focused on building and maintaining the data pipelines that are critical for Polytope's analytics, machine learning, and customer-facing data products. You will play a key role in ensuring the availability of clean and reliable data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines utilizing Python, SQL, and Airflow.
• Implement data modeling in Snowflake to support analytics and ML workloads.
• Establish and oversee data quality frameworks and monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to fulfill their data requirements.
• Contribute to the strategic evolution of the company's data platform architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional data engineering experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and practical experience with Python.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, with a preference for Snowflake.
• Familiarity with tools such as dbt, Airflow, or comparable technologies.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
