Nielsen is seeking an experienced Data Engineer for our Bangalore, Gurgaon, and Hyderabad locations. This permanent role requires a strong background in Python, SQL, SPARK, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in developing robust and maintainable information technology solutions, with a focus on performance.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing ETL pipelines using tools like AWS Glue, managing data workflows with Informatica, and constructing complex SQL queries. Proven experience in data warehousing and strong problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Optimize SQL queries and database indexing strategies.
- Build and manage large-scale data platforms on cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Collaborate on data integration and data warehousing initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python programming.
