Role Overview
The Data EngineerAWS role at Fractal Analytics focuses on designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines that ensure data quality and integrity across platforms. This position leverages tools such as PySpark, SQL, AWS Glue, Athena, Redshift, Airflow, Informatica PowerCenter, and PostgreSQL to automate ETL processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable data pipelines using PySpark and AWS Glue for petabyte-scale datasets with 99.9% uptime.
- Develop ETL workflows in Informatica PowerCenter to load data into Redshift and PostgreSQL without duplication.
- Optimize clusters using query tuning, indexing, and cost-reduction strategies.
- Deploy automated workflows using Apache Airflow for reliable daily batch runs.
