Data Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join Amazon's Member Experience organization within Prime. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that power machine learning models and analytics crucial for enhancing member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust big data pipelines capable of handling terabyte-scale datasets with high stability and performance using AWS Glue, Spark, EMR, and serverless technologies.
• Implement proactive data quality monitoring and anomaly detection to ensure the reliability of downstream machine learning models.
• Create coherent, analysis-ready data models in collaboration with scientists and analysts serving over 300 million members worldwide.
• Evaluate generative AI tools to automate workflows and boost team productivity.
