Data, Cloud & AI Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Data, Cloud & AI Engineer to own the full lifecycle of our data platform, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), DevOps pipelines, and Responsible AI/LLM systems. This is an on-site role in Mumbai requiring deep technical ownership across data engineering, multi-cloud operations, Kubernetes, and production-grade model integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Engineering: Build semantic models using dbt, manage S3/Snowflake/Redshift pipelines with Airbyte, implement real-time event processing, and optimize query performance for cost-effective BI dashboards (Metabase).
• Cloud & DevOps: Design highly available AWS/Azure infrastructure via Terraform/IaC. Automate CI/CD using GitLab/Jenkins/GitHub Actions. Implement robust observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and CloudWatch.
• Kubernetes Engineering: Deploy microservices on EKS/AKS, managing networking (Ingress), service meshes, and scaling policies for high-throughput workloads.
• Ai/LLM Operations: Build production features using RAG, embeddings, vector stores, and agentic workflows. Implement guardrails against hallucinations/prompt injection and manage token costs via FinOps principles.
• Reliability Engineering: Establish metrics for data quality (freshness, accuracy), model drift detection, latency monitoring, and automated alerting to protect enterprise decision-making systems.
