• Apply diagnostic methods effectively to troubleshoot complex data center equipment challenges.
• Pull and manage inventory accurately according to established documented procedures.

• Develop hands-on skills in server repair techniques, including replacing hard drives, RAM, motherboards, and other essential components.
• Assist with physical tasks such as moving and racking equipment for special projects.
