Arting Digital is seeking a dedicated Data Center Operations Engineer to join their team in Mumbai, India. This is a permanent, full-time role for a skilled professional with 1-3 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux-based servers, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. This role involves hands-on work with server hardware, including rack mounting, unmounting, and component replacement, as well as managing RAID configurations to ensure data redundancy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers.
• Configure and manage RAID levels (RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10) for data performance and redundancy.
• Perform hardware replacements for server components such as disks, memory, and power supplies.
• Execute server mounting and unmounting in racks according to data center standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with system administrators and network teams for seamless server operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of hardware changes and maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hardware Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with RAID levels (RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10).
• Proficiency in rack mounting and unmounting servers.
• Ability to efficiently perform server hardware replacements.

Location: Mumbai (Panvel), India. This is a local role requiring a commitment to working on-site.
