About the Role

Milliman is currently leading a major initiative to replace and modernize its core enterprise systems including HRIS, Finance, Legal, and Professional Services Automation platforms. As part of the Data Enablement Team, we are seeking an experienced MDM Engineer (Data and Application Integration Engineer) to ensure data integrity, quality, and seamless migration throughout this transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable application integrations including cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premise, and on-premise scenarios.
• Migrate legacy integration processes into a centralized, standardized platform using modern tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF), Boomi, Snaplogic, Workato, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reference data sources and develop strategies for managing master data effectively.
• Implement robust data governance, privacy, and security standards while supporting CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment of data solutions.
• Develop automated data workflows and optimize processing solutions using SQL, Python, and relational databases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in application integration or systems engineering supporting large-scale implementations.
• Proficiency with data tools: Azure Data Factory, Boomi, Snaplogic, Workato.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (Azure/Fabric).
