About the Role

We are currently recruiting Data Analytics Trainees for our exclusive upcoming traineeship program designed to launch your career in data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities & Timeline:

• Weeks 1-2 (Training Modules): Complete assigned learning modules to build foundational analytics skills.
• Week 3 (Live Project): Execute a real-world live project under company supervision, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
• Week 4 (Project Report): Prepare and submit a comprehensive final report detailing insights, methodologies, and outcomes from your live project.

Key Requirements:

• Possess or be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Demonstrate high proficiency with computers, specifically MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Show exceptional accountability, motivation, and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, leadership potential, presentation abilities, and project management prowess.
• Display creativity in problem-solving and the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively when needed.
• Maintain a rigorous commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
