Data Analytics Trainee

Role Overview

We are recruiting Data Analytics Trainees for an intensive four-week immersive program designed to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical industry experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Weeks 1 & 2 (Training Modules): Complete comprehensive learning modules assigned by our expert mentors to build foundational and advanced analytics skills.
• Week 3 (Live Project): Collaborate on a live, real-world project provided directly by the company, applying your new skills in an authentic environment.
• Week 4 (Project Report): Synthesize your learnings and project outcomes into a detailed professional report for final submission.

What We Are Looking For:

• Possessing or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Demonstrating high proficiency with computers, particularly MS Office Suite.
• Showcasing strong accountability and intrinsic motivation to learn.
• Exhibiting exceptional interpersonal skills, time management, project leadership, presentation abilities, and communication prowess.
• Bridging creativity with the ability to delegate tasks effectively within a team.
• Maintaining receptiveness to constructive feedback and demonstrating rapid adaptability.
• Demonstrating an unwavering willingness to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
