About This Role

At Solventum (formerly 3M Health Care), you will serve as the technical backbone of our data ecosystem. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of data integration, transforming raw, disparate healthcare data into a structured, reliable asset within our Snowflake data warehouse.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test high-performance ETL processes to move data from diverse sources (databases, APIs, flat files) into the data warehouse using tools like AWS Glue, FiveTran, and Snowpipes.
• Implement complex data transformations and business logic within ETL workflows to cleanse, standardize, and enrich data.
• Take ownership of end-to-end data pipelines, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing for performance.
• Collaborate with Data Modelers and Architects to ensure alignment with physical data models.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for a Senior Integration Data Engineer with:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or associated field.
• 6+ years of dedicated experience as an ETL Developer/Engineer.
• 4+ years with major ETL tools (AWS Glue, Informatica, Fivetran).
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, or Shell.
• Demonstrable experience performance tuning long-running ETL jobs.
