Role Overview

The Data & Analytics Rotational Development Associate will rotate across multiple analytics assignments. You will leverage Equifax data and technologies to solve business problems, develop insights, validate solutions, and create impactful data visualizations.

• During the two-year program, you will work with project leads using unique data assets and cutting-edge technologies like our Hadoop analytics platform.
• Associates rotate through 3-4 different areas focusing on data science, validation, data processing, direct customer interactions, and data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Creatively solve analytical problems to create risk and marketing solutions for Equifax customers.
• Analyze business/marketing intelligence, develop scores, and validate results.
• Audit the implementation of analytic solutions and products.
• Create business intelligence visualizations of insights for customers and summaries for data quality assessments.

Requirements

You must be a graduate student obtaining a Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field. Availability is required starting June 7, 2027 (Spring 2027 graduation dates).

• Experience ingesting, analyzing, and summarizing large data sets.
• Proficiency in code development using Python, Hive, Impala, R, or SAS.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and Hadoop/database technologies.
• Extensive experience utilizing Google Suite.
• Strong communication skills to explain methodologies and results to business partners.
