Data Analytics Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Data Analytics Engineer to join our team in Windsor, Connecticut. In this pivotal role, you will support the full lifecycle of health monitoring algorithms for aircraft engine systems—including requirements engineering, design, development, testing, and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, decompose, and trace requirements for health monitoring within complex aircraft engine subsystems.
• Design and implement advanced health monitoring algorithms using physics-based or data-driven approaches (Matlab/Python).
• Create comprehensive test plans to ensure full coverage of operating envelopes during algorithm testing.
• Led efforts in verifying and validating the robustness of deployed health monitoring solutions.
• Analyze service-in-flight issues through deep data analysis to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement of algorithms.
