Data Analyst

APN Consulting, Inc., an innovative IT staffing and services provider specializing in data, cloud, AI/ML, and related areas, seeks a skilled Data Analyst. This role involves supporting client reporting through comprehensive data extracts, aggregate reporting, SQL-based investigation, automated file deliveries, rigorous data validation, and the analysis of sensitive healthcare application data.

Responsibilities:

• Tackle assigned Jira tickets covering client data-extract delivery/troubleshooting and portfolio-level or custom aggregate reporting.
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries against Redshift and MySQL to investigate data issues, build reports, and fulfill one-off and recurring data requests.
• Build and maintain automated file deliveries using Jenkins, including writing and editing YAML configuration files.
• Develop robust reporting logic, data validation, and analysis leveraging Python and/or R.
• Investigate data discrepancies reported by internal stakeholders or clients and communicate findings clearly to drive resolution.
• Work within a secure healthcare application data environment—including telemedicine consult data and chronic-condition management program data—exercising the utmost care and attention to accuracy required for sensitive health information.
