As a Data Analyst Trainer, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive, hands-on training on data analytics concepts, tools, and workflows. You will guide learners through real-time datasets, complex projects, and practical industry use cases. The ideal candidate possesses a strong ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and empower learners to apply their knowledge effectively in real-world scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions on core data analytics principles and methodologies.
- Conduct practical, hands-on workshops utilizing essential industry tools.
- Mentor and guide students through real-time datasets and challenging projects.
- Instruct on crucial data cleaning, advanced analysis, and impactful visualization techniques.
- Provide dedicated mentorship to support learner skill development and career progression.
- Ensure training content remains aligned with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Data Analytics or as a Trainer.
- Demonstrated expertise in SQL, including complex queries, joins, and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in Python, with a strong preference for Pandas and NumPy libraries.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating insightful dashboards and reports.
- Advanced command of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboard creation.
- Exceptional communication and pedagogical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in delivering effective, hands-on training using real-time projects and datasets.
