Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one.
- Strong proficiency with computers, specifically MS Office suite.
- Demonstrable accountability, motivation, and willingness to meet deadlines.
- Advanced interpersonal skills, including time management, project coordination, presentation abilities, leadership potential, and clear communication.
- Creativity in problem-solving and the ability to delegate tasks effectively within a team.
