Data Analyst

• Survey Design & Development:
• Design and develop survey questionnaires that align with research objectives and target audience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define survey goals, objectives, and key metrics.
• Ensure survey questions are clear, unbiased, and effectively capture relevant data.
• Use survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Google Forms) to set up, configure, and deploy surveys.

Primary duties include administering surveys via email, social media, or web channels; monitoring response rates; ensuring accurate data collection; troubleshooting technical issues; managing and cleaning datasets for consistency; performing validation checks; securing data storage while maintaining confidentiality; tracking trends; analyzing results using statistical methods (Excel, SPSS, R, Python); generating insights on patterns and outliers; creating visualizations to communicate findings; developing reports with actionable recommendations; collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, HR, and customer service teams; advising on methodology like sampling techniques; presenting to senior management.

• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure data integrity by identifying/correcting inconsistencies.
• Conduct regular audits of survey processes for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on best practices in survey administration and analysis.

Additional responsibilities involve managing multiple projects to meet deadlines, coordinating with teams for smooth execution, and developing project timelines. Ideal candidates should be based or open to relocation near Gurgaon/Gurugram, Delhi NCR region India.
