Key Responsibilities
People Analytics & Insights
- Analyze HR and workforce data to identify key trends, generate actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to business and HR leaders.
- Develop insightful analyses to support ongoing HR and business decision-making processes.
- Present findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Data Quality & Governance
- Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data extracted from the data lake and other sources.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, working collaboratively with IT and relevant teams.
- Document and maintain data definitions, sources, and reporting standards to ensure consistency across all analytics initiatives.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with other analysts to standardize methodologies, share best practices, and elevate the team's analytical capabilities.
- Serve as a liaison between People Analytics, HR, and IT teams to define and articulate data requirements.
- Partner with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and expand available datasets.
Qualifications
Required
- 4-7 years of experience in a People Analytics focused role.
Analytical & Technical Skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize HR and workforce data to generate meaningful insights.
- Experience working with large datasets and a strong focus on data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong documentation skills for clearly defining and communicating data requirements.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Preferred
Technical Proficiency
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Workday and cloud-based data platforms.
People Analytics Expertise
- Prior experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or similar fields.
- Understanding of core HR metrics and workforce trends, such as turnover, engagement, and diversity analytics.
Additional Information
- This is an office-based position, requiring 4 days a week onsite. Possible work locations may include India and Mexico.
