Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will support customer and business processes, focusing on data management, process improvement, and client needs. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the quality and accuracy of client data used in enterprise-wide dashboards, reporting, and analysis. This role is part of the CDO organization, specifically within the Data Stewardship team, which manages MDM queues and data quality reports across various business units. You will handle contact, account, and D&B/enterprise data, ensuring high data quality and alignment between different data domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, process, and correct client data according to corporate data quality standards.
• Research company names to identify and rectify missing or invalid addresses.
• Update company systems to address identified duplicates or errors.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.
• Complete assignments independently, meeting quality standards and deadlines, often under tight constraints.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong research skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• A minimum of 1+ year of experience as a business or data analyst is required; 2 years preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
• Strong communication skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Basic SQL knowledge is beneficial.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong work ethic.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

This is a 3-month contract position with a remote work mode.
