Johnson Controls is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role is crucial for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business decision-making. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver reports and analyses that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Extract data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets.
• Create clear visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Support decision-making by developing dashboards and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with statistical analysis tools or software like R or Python.
• Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
