Data Analyst

Johnson Controls is seeking a Data Analyst in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role is pivotal in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver reports and analyses that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Extract data from various sources and ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Perform statistical analysis and identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets.
• Create clear visualizations and reports for presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Support decision-making by developing dashboards and KPI metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with statistical analysis tools or software such as R or Python.
• Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
