About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst (2-5 years) to build robust data infrastructures and insightful reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create interactive dashboards in Power BI using DAX measures, KPIs, and optimized SQL queries for sales, inventory, finance, marketing, and operations.
- Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines; manage structured databases with PostgreSQL/MySQL to ensure data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and error handling.
- Integrate diverse platforms (ERP, OMS, CRM) via REST APIs, managing authentication, pagination, rate limits, and monitoring.
- Leverage AI/LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for automated reporting assistants using prompt engineering and natural-language querying.
- Automate workflows with Python, n8n, Make, or Zapier to enhance operational efficiency.
