Data Analyst

Role Overview
The Data Analyst at Precision Medicine Group supports client business processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will combine operational expertise with analytical skills to solve complex business problems, collaborating closely with Senior Data Analysts & Operations Delivery Leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tackle and clearly communicate client business issues, operating rules, data standards, and SOPs.
• Analyze, execute, and optimize pre-defined operational processes while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Stay current on new tools and techniques to enhance process design for rapid adoption.
• Translate between business needs and technology solutions effectively.
• Cultivate subject matter expertise over time applicable to operations.
• Apply rigorous quality checks, validations, and governance criteria to all deliverables.
• Execute operational models with detailed documentation and assist in defining efficient new workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across different time zones for smooth delivery.
• Partner with engineering teams to implement new procedures and validate modifications through testing.
• Manage multiple client tasks, strengthening analytics, task management, and communication skills.

Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience with data mining tools like SQL; exposure to stored procedures is a plus.
- Preferred: Masters/MBA in relevant disciplines or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting.
- Familiarity with US Healthcare systems and managed care analytics.
- Product development/management background preferred.
