Data Analyst

Your mission at IntegriChain:

As a Data Analyst on the DAD team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the quality of our Inventory Analytic (IA) product. This product utilizes customer channel data to construct a detailed and comprehensive view of product sales and key customer dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the consistent weekly production and delivery of the IA product to approximately 30 pharmaceutical manufacturers, ensuring all weekly Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Collaborate closely with the US-based team to support daily operational activities essential to the IA production process.
• Proactively identify, investigate, and escalate data and production issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring adherence to weekly SLAs, while coordinating with the US team operating on EST.
• Contribute to the DAD team's expertise by developing familiarity with customer datasets, distribution networks, and channel data issues that could affect IA.
• Participate in the ongoing quality assurance and quality control processes for IA, performing weekly QA tasks using tools such as Rundeck, Spotfire, and Excel.
• Assist with data investigations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Cultivate a strong partnership with the Enriched Data Operations (EDO) team, gaining a deep understanding of the reporting interactions between EDO and IA. Participate in training and continuous learning about EDO and all channel data sources.
• Engage in cross-training with the DAD team to assist with tasks beyond weekly QA, demonstrating continuous professional development and expanding knowledge of data sets.
